Hi Margaret, you use the part called blogroll to add links to other sites. You might also want a hits counter added. Tinker around with it and have fun.

Although I am an outdoor photographer, this is not of one my photos. But I do admire beautiful photography no matter who does it. It's a real art form.

I thoroughly enjoy capturing all the beauty of God's creation for others to see. I often go into areas where it looks like no man has ever walked, and I marvel when I see the wonderful untouched order there. It makes me realize anew how awesome the God we serve really is. I intend to do a post on that very soon too, complete with pictures I've taken over the years.

I'm not sure who shot the photo above, because it was already on the template I selected for the blog. That's the reason it appealed to me. My husband thinks it may be of Hawaii.

One of my friends has a book with pictures of some of the the more wooded, scenic parts of Israel. I was struck by how similiar the scenery is in our part of the country. Now I can see why they call our beautiful area "God's country."

By the way, I am from south of Charleston, which you mentioned you had vacationed at. A little town called Thunderbolt, Georgia, just outside of Savannah. Growing up there played a very significant part in my life, as you will see when I post my testimony.

mbaker:

Thanks--that would be fantastic!

The beautiful photo you have posted--it looks like the Gaspe region on the St. Lawrence River in Canada. Can it be?

Thank you so much, Free. The feeling is definitely mutual.

I have shared my testimony partially on the SOJ, and with a couple of people there privately, but I will post on it here publicly soon. It really is an awesome testimony- not about me but about God's awesome goodness in the face of adversity.

Hi mbaker:

Is there any chance that you might share your own personal testimony. What has lead you to this place? I love and appreciate the vulnerability of other believers in Christ who are willing to be known and understood by others. I really respect you and all that you have commented on at the signofjonah!

God bless you sister
